BE WELL • be active • be nourished • be informed •

Holistic health is an approach that treats the body as a whole, focusing on complete well-being rather than individual symptoms. It identifies imbalances through personalized assessments and creates a tailored plan to achieve optimal health.

Nutritional Sciences

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!), where I developed a deep understanding of the science behind nutrition and its impact on overall health. This has remained an integral part of my life and career path.

Registered Nurse

I continued my education at the University of Oklahoma, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nursing. I gained experience working at Cook Children’s Medical Center before transitioning to a position with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.

Holistic Practitioner

I earned my Integrative Metabolic Wellness Certification, which enhances my ability to address metabolic imbalances through a holistic approach. This certification allows me to create personalized wellness plans that support long-term health and well-being for my clients.
